"We had a great experience from start to finish. Everybody we dealt with at SGG was professional and detail oriented. They were also very timely, even with having to deal with permitting and inspections with the city of Austin and the gas company. Last week the power went out for over 12 hours due to the storms and the generator kicked in within seconds and worked great! When the power was finally restored, the generator shut off on its own and we didn’t have to worry about anything.
